Dani Checa is a Mexico City based artist working in painting, drawing, ceramics, and printmaking. She studied at the Centro de Arte Mexicano (CAM), where she developed a multidisciplinary practice that moves between figurative and abstract forms.

Her work explores the expressive potential of objects, the human figure, and organic, bodily forms. Through varied materials and techniques, Checa creates pieces that oscillate between representation and abstraction, often emphasizing texture, gesture, and the physical presence of the medium.
